MEDITATION

The overall intent of this class is to help demystify meditative techniques of both new and ancient traditions and to demonstrate to you how accessible higher levels of consciousness are to YOU. These are interactive sessions.

It is a fact accepted by all spiritual traditions and disciplines that to grow spiritually we have to learn how to bring ourselves into a higher state of awareness and neutrality while holding on to the intention to be enlightened. Think of it as education through awareness of the true, divine, nature of being. This is where we start. This is the point where we can add personal practices to help you in this process.

Remember meditation is the vehicle to take us on a spiritual journey into our soul.

Whether you are seeking meditation, healing or both let us gather and experience together!
